Description (partial)

Symptom:
Forwarding and ping failures are seen on ASR9K Ethernet LCs after certain number of fib_mgr crashes.

"show cef <prefix> location <LC>" results in a SysDB error of the following form:
Sysdb returned err code 'sysdb' detected the 'warning' condition 'A SysDB client tried to access a nonexistent item or list an empty directory' for item name 821/protocol/0/vrf/default/interface-info/0/40300c0. VRF default

Conditions:
fib_mgr process on Ethernet LCs crashes around 9-10 times.
The ASR9K or ASR9001 is running IOS-XR version 5.2.0
