Description (partial)

Symptom:
Blank page displayed upon use of apostrophe at the end of URL for Server URL and Deletion of an element from configuration page does not result in Find and List page of corresponding element.

Conditions:
Case1:
1)Login to CCMAdmin.
2)Access the path System->Server.
3)While adding either CUCM or IM and Presence.. use of apostrophe at the end of URL https://CCM/ccmadmin/serverEdit.do?role=X' leads to blank page.

Message something like below must be displayed or page must be loaded normally without any issues.

Access to the requested resource has been denied.
 The attempted action was a violation of security protocols and will not be allowed. Please try another action.

Case2:
1)Access the path System->Presence Redundancy Group>In Find and List Presence Redundancy Groups page, click on Add New button.
2)Add Presence Redundancy Group with required data and make sure add is successful.
3)Delete the added Presence Redundancy Group from Presence Redundancy Group Configuration page using the Delete button.

Deletion of Presence Redundancy Group from Presence Redundancy Group Configuration page using Delete button must result in Find and List page of corresponding configuration page being displayed which is not happening at the moment...instead Presence Redundancy Group Configuration page is still displayed.
Page Subtitle/Label shown or displayed is "Presence Redundancy Group Configuration" with contents of Find and List Presence Redundancy Group .

Similar issue can be seen for Call Routing->SIP Route Pattern as well.
