Description (partial)

Following a change of the username of a CUIC user, all objects owned by that user will be inaccessible and privileges will be lost. In addition, even administrators will be unable to see the objects of the renamed users.

When a user has been renamed, objects for the specific users, permissions assigned, etc. will all be lost since CUIC uses username and not the SID to control user access permissions.
