Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Cisco Online Help which can be accessed from the CCM Serviceability page does not include the details for the service "Cisco CAR DB" under the CDR Services.

The Online Help Guide can be accessed with the below steps.

1. Go to Cisco Unified Serviceability
2. Tools > Control Center - Network Services
3. Select the appropriate server and click Go.
4. Go to Help > This Page
5. Select Network Services >CDR Services

Also, the serviceability admin guide for v10 does not have any details about this service
