Description (partial)

Symptom:
When using the 8945 phones with firmware 9-4-1-8 and we set the ?Settings Access? field in the Phone Configuration page on CUCM to ?Enabled?  on the CUCM we see all the options like
 
call history
preferences
accessories
administrator settings
phone information


But when we set the ?Settings Access? field to ?Restricted? we do not see the ?Administrator Settings? and ?Phone Information? information displayed on the phone screen.

Conditions:
When using the 8945 phones with firmware 9-4-1-8 and we set the ?Settings Access? field in the Phone Configuration page on CUCM to ?Enabled?  on the CUCM we see all the options like
