Symptom: The Monitor Accounts subtab of the Home tab takes a long time (many minutes) to display. When it finally displays, the information is accurate, it just takes a long time to get there. Because Home > Monitor Accounts is the default subtab when an account admin logs in, the initial display is delayed. The same delay occurs when navigating to Home > Monitor Accounts from another tab. Note that while waiting for the page to display, the other navigation tabs are drawn and are active, so you can navigate to other tabs without waiting for the contents of the Monitor Accounts subtab to be displayed. Conditions: Log in to the CRES admin UI as an account admin.
