Description (partial)

1. TE traceback:
 te_control[1045]: %SYSDB-BACKEND-7-MISMATCH : [6600] : A uint argument was not in a valid format. The value passed was '7ff101ff0b11,7ff102ff110b'; backend converted this to '01ff0b11'
this happens when polling TE mib.
or
te_control[1045]: %SYSDB-BACKEND-7-MISMATCH : [744] : A ipaddress argument was not in a valid format. The value passed was '0xa69905,0x1,50.1.97.2'; backend converted this to 'a69905'  
This happens when issuing 'show mpls tr topology xxx'2. "show mpls traffic-eng topology xxx" doesn't show the full topology if there are more than 200 nodes.

3. previous XML schema used to get  TE topology is not working on this version (5.2.1).

Conditions:This occurs on an NCS6K in 5.2.1 FCS software, with the ncs6k-mgbl-5.2.1 package installed and active.
