Description (partial)

Symptom:
Running the checkPatchInstallation.pl script following a new patch install will fail due to issues related to the workflowstudio.jnlp not existing.

Yields the following error:
WARNING: Patch Prime_Network4.1.0.0.1_PP.jar not found as the first reference on file /export/home/pn41/Main/webstart/workflowstudio.jnlp

Conditions:
PN 4.1 and newer
