Description (partial)

Symptom:
Sometimes Phone cann't Startup

Conditions:
phone load: sip88xx.10-2-2MA-46
phone type: 8811 phone
1, now phone with low load version: sip88xx.10-2-2MA-39
2, configure phone load name to sip88xx.10-2-2MA-46, phone auto download new firmware from tftp server and reboot.
3. after phone reboot, delete the phone's DN
4. phone reboot, and go into "unprovisioned" page, power off/on phone

result: phone sometimes can't startup.   power off/on cann't resolve the problem. factory reset is ok.
