Description (partial)

Symptom:
The port-profile cmd may remain on the the global-db after an import causing mutual-exclusion check failure.

Conditions:
1/ Create a port-profile in "conf t". 
2/ Import part of the port-profile commands
3/ Import later the remaining commands. 
4/ As of now, the entire port-profile should be on the switch profile. Although the "port-profile type ethernet <name>" may remain  in the global-db causing mutual-exclusion check failure
