Symptom: Step to Reproduce: 1. sign in IM and Presence and phone service over wifi+VPN(Anyconnect) on Jabber iPhone 2. lock iPhone for over 8 minutes 3. check client presence on the another client Expect Result: The Presence should be available displayed on another client Actual Result: The Presence becomes offline. Jabber is unable to receive instant messages and call Conditions: Sign-in Jabber through Anyconnect VPN tunnel, put jabber in background or lock iOS device for over 8 minutes.
