Description (partial)

Symptom:
IPv6 Multicast RIB entry for IPv6 Static route has wrong distance.
This may cause incorrect multicast RPF selection.

Conditions:
ipv6 multicast-routing is configured
Multiple IPv6 Static routes are configured to same destination

ipv6 route <Prefix> NextHop:A Distance:X
ipv6 route <Prefix> NextHop:B Distance:Y

Best-preference (lowest admin distance) Static route is inserted in unicast routing table. Static route in multicast/unicast routing table has distance of Static route other than the best-preference Static.
