Description (partial)

Symptom:
IP Phone 78xx is showing wrong time Intermittently. This issue occurs while using Asia/Kolkata Timezone. All the other model ip phones (sccp / sip) using same timezone in the same cluster are showing the correct time.
While displaying the wrong time, we could see that time is showing as exactly 5hour 30min ahead of the actual time.
Example:

If the IST (Asia/Kolkata) Time is 6:00PM, the ip phone will be displaying time as 11:30PM.

The ip phone will display the correct time after sometime (5h 30min) without making any changes. The issue is intermittent and looks like it occurs once or twice in a week.

Conditions:
IP Phone 7821, 7841, 7861 are affected.
The issue occurs if the phone is using Asia/Kolkata Timezone
