Description (partial)

Symptom:AP1142 running 15.2(4)JB5 sends Association Response which has Failure code in it suddenly to the client despite that the client has never sent (Re)Association Request.
There is no explicit condition when this happens. The client is Dell Wyse X10J thin client and is successfully communicating under the AP's BSSID right before receiving the abnormal Association Response.
This symptom is observed even if the AP does not have 11n configuration (i.e. disabled wmm and MCS data rates).
