Symptom: Unable to open application sometimes Conditions: 1. enabled debugs on phone: debug jvm all (not required) 2. non-secure configuration for sip8961.9-3-4-24 - working 3. switch to secure configuration for sip8961.9-3-4-24 - working 4. upgrade to sip8961.9-4-1SR1-2 (still in secure mode) - non-working error displayed: "error signing in. server unavailable. try again later." 5. switch to unsecure 9-4-1SR1-2 - working 6. switch back to secure mode - non-working error displayed: "unable to open application. please try again later. if it continues to fail, contact your administrator"
