SSHv1 is no longer considered secure, yet it's functionality is not permanently disableable on the 6500 sup2t CMP.

Symptom:
Upon saving changes to the sshd_config file & rebooting the CMP, the changes are erased.

Conditions:
affects the 6500 sup2t CMP
