Description (partial)
Symptom: When we configure a DHCP relay pointing to a DHCP server, hosts within the subnet with the relay configured are able to obtain an IP address from the DHCP server. Hosts that are within the subnet of the DHCP server are no longer able to obtain an IP address from the DHCP server Conditions: SVI configured for DHCP relay and hosts within the same subnet as the DHCP server
