Description (partial)
Symptom: 8961 phone softkeys and other buttons stop responding when the user tries to call-forward all to a speed dial button. The phone will lock up and will not respond until a new call is received, wait for the caller to hang up (since softkeys aren't responsive to answer it) and then the next calls will start working fine. Conditions: 8961 phones running 9.4.1ES3 or 9.4.1ES7
