Description (partial)

Symptom:
Multiple customer experiencing frequent timeout and error messages with error code like 12019, 12029, 12030, 12031 etc.

1) http error 120xx : These error are either due to bug in IE or due to temporary network disruption. 
2) Timeout error : Multiple timeout error identified 
                a) During chat if customer and agent both complete chat at same time and wrap request reaches server after session is completed, template type is not set for wrap request. 
                b) If a mail activity is selected and classify tab is open in info tab and the activity is suddenly deselected, timeout error occur. This is because we try to set some setting in for selected item in inboxlist even though nothing is selected. Also found that update classification request is fired even if the classification is not modified whenever the activity is switched. This is due to modify flag being set every time data in category pane is refreshed/set.
