Symptom: "Not registered" being displayed on main screen all the time TC7.1.4 and even in TC7.2 beta Conditions: Endpoint showing "Not registered" all the time at main screen left top. This behavior is not found in TC6.x. Even after Gatekeeper Call setup mode to "Direct" and Contact Infotype to "None". When we make the above settings in TC6.x, the left top of the screen does not show "Not registered"
