Password reset shows success but its not happening


Go to ccmadmin - end user - create a end user with department name and Standard CCM Admin Users or Standard CCM End Users or Standard CCM Read Only - save it.
Open notepad - mention department name or last name - save it - then upload it under users - reset user pwd/pin custom - save it.
Go to bulk administration - users - reset pwd - custom file - select department from the drop down list - select uploaded file - click find - next - change pwd - submit
Check the status in Job scheduler - there it shows success.

Now try to login with created end user name with new password - log in failed happens.

It works fine when we try to reset it through query option.

It works fine when we use user id or first name in custom file.
