Description (partial)

When clicking any of the TMS top tabs, browser receives an error "An error has occured! Please click the back-button in your browser to return to the previous page, or click here to go to the TMS front page." If stack trace is available, the following snippet of error will be shown:

[KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary.] 
System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2.get_Item(TKey key) +xxxxxxxxx 

In some conditions, a non-existing key was returned to the code. The code using the Dictionary type was not properly handling the non-existing key and threw an exception.

Issue is reported in Cisco TMS 14.3.
