Description (partial)
Symptom: With ACL configurations, traffic loss for ~10 seconds is expected and ACL match counters on VEM gets reset to zero and increments. Conditions: With ACL applied on ports, adding/removing "remark" to/from the ACL, traffic loss for ~10 seconds is experienced by the user and match counters for that ACL on VEM gets reset to zero and increments. Traffic loss is experienced only on the ports, which inherits that particular ACL for which "remark" is added/removed.
