Description (partial)

Symptom:
Trying to edit Notification subscription ends up creating another subscription.  In the subscription list you see 2 entries, one original and 2nd with modified config, but selecting each has same info. in the edit page.

to recreate:
- create notification subscription Test1 with type as streaming and data format as XML and save
- select Test1 and modify to type as Event Driven and data format as JSON and save
Now subscription list has 2 entries name Test1, one shows type as streaming and format as XML and 2nd one shows type as Event Driven and format as JSON.

- going int detailed page of entry which shows type as Streaming, shows type as Event Driven in the edit page.
