Description (partial)

Symptom:
When queueing policy is configured on the 6904  ingress interface, packets ingressing this interface may experience output drops if it is going out on a 6816 or 6716 port.

Conditions:
Ingress or egress queueing policy configured on the ingress interface on 6904 module.
Queueing policy is mode-dscp or 'platform qos queueing-mode dscp' configured on the ingress interface of 6904.
Egress interface is on 6816 module or 6716 module.
Egress interface has to be a trunk port.
In this case packet will be send out with CFI bit  in 802.1q header will be set to 1. This packet will be dropped by most of the other connected swithes.

Switch can be running 15.1(2)SY3 / 15.0(1)SY6 or earlier versions of code.
