Description (partial)

Symptom:
NSAPI 5 is the current default value when GTPv1 tunnel is established from iWAG (ASR1000) to GGSN
Such value would force the PDP context to be cleared on the GGSN which is not optimal for mobility scenario

Conditions:
When iWAG is used for mobile packet core integration using GTPv1 or GTPv2
