Description (partial)

Symptom:
When Ethernet frames with a type of 0xfffe (Unknown) are sent to the management interface logs with text similar to the sample below will be produced:
FP0.0FP0.06:[0000,0x24b630ce]: 2A2A2A2A 2A2A2A2A 2A2A2A2A 2A2A2A2A **FP0.05:(4838)fp_ingress_control: dpId=42 number of dps=1
The frames are discarded.

Conditions:
The  Ethernet frames must be sent with a  type of 0xfffe (Unknown) from an adjacent host.
