Description (partial)

On decommision of a EVC VPLS SR that uses the same bridge domain, bridge-group as another EVC-Pseudowire SR, neighbour command is left out.

1. EVC VPLS service with Configure Pseudowire segments option checked in the service policy. 
2. An EVC VPLS service request is created, with two IOS XR ASR9k devices added as directly connected links. 
3. Choose a bridge group and bridge domain name where there are other services running (at least one interface and neighbour command say. Or deploy an EVC-PW service using same bridge group and bridge domain. Please see the attachment) 
4. Choose pw-classes for both ASR9k devices and deploy the SR. 
5. Now decommission the SR and deploy.
