Description (partial)

Symptom:
Spike occurred in the HTTP Services graphs

Conditions:
VDS-TC version 5.0.3.
Cache -> HTTP services menu of WEBUI graph is displaying too much Dailymotion outgoing traffic, 1.28Tbps.
Uplink trunk wire speed is 40Gbps.

There is a known problem on the UBView before  the F5.1,
whenever server restarts which the statistic data collection may be wrong and spikes may appear.
The F5.1 UBView architecture is changed which include the fix for this issue.
 
In the pre F5.1 version UBView, we have the utilities to remove these spikes.
 
Here is the screenshoot from version 5.1.1 patch version.
The selectable minute is 00 or 30.
