Description (partial)

Previous scheduled meetings with TelePresence Server show error with no resource after daily maintenance.

The condition is likely to occur when there are CTMS and TPS bridges configured.
1. On Application Settings, TPS is set as Primary Scheduling Device.
2. CTMS is configured with Scheduled=No.
3. Setting modification such as Email Configuration is saved on Application Settings.

After the setting is saved, the malformed data with missing MCU value is received by the backend. CTS-Manager default the MCU value to CTMS, although TPS is configured as primary scheduling device. Since CTMS is unschedulable, meetings are processed during daily maintenance with error without bridge resource.
