Symptom:
Debug client output will show many GTK rotation messages specially in dense deployment

Client can't see any SSIDs from WLC
Hello; I have a strange sympton where very occasionaly a client will lose sight of all the SSIDs being broadcast from my WLC but it can still see other SSIDs in range.
