Symptom:
The results of iping may be delayed by various amounts of time for various number of frames resulting in a pattern when iping is run over a larger repeat count.

Conditions:
Use extended commands for iping my simply running iping with no other options.  Set the repeat count to a large number and watch the responses come back.  Over the larger set of responses a pattern will emerge where the time between responses received will be large for groups of responses.
