Symptom: Interfaces with PQII_PRO_UEC hardware, for example a Cisco891 router's FE8 and G0 interface, may become stuck in up/down state and/or not pass traffic. Conditions: This issue was first observed on 15.3(3)M3. 15.3(3)M2 does not have this behavior. This occurs with interfaces that have PQII_PRO_UEC hardware.
