Description (partial)

Unicast arp reply destined to vPC peer's mac is forwarded to the RPC in a mixed mode VDC instead of peer-link DI.  The arp reply is then forwarded to the peer-link DI by the M-series LC and dropped on egress of the PL interfaces under the following:
