Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customers wants to have callback feature in jabber for window, which we do have, currently for our Cisco IP phones.
This function will enable customer to know that the end user who was busy/offhook/unavailable while the user made a call, is now available/on hook with a Beep sound or notification, as what we have on IP phone.
This way the user will come to know about the availability of the user without monitoring the jabber client for its presence status.

Is there any chance that this enhancement will be considered in a future release? We are replacing Cisco IP Communicator by Jabber for Windows and the users are missing the callback feature. Jabber will not be deployed for all users so we cannot count on the presence availability feature.
