Description (partial)

Symptom:
Ad pictures are corrupt at the output of the MFP after a splice to the ad in question.

Conditions:
Splicing is enabled on an MFP engine and a splice has been executed to an ad. The bitrate of the ad drops significantly after the beginning of the ad which triggered an end-of-ad too early.
