Description (partial)

Symptom:
OSPF Type 3 LSAs missing for some nodes causing IP rechability issues among different areas.

Conditions:
ABR node with OSPF range table configured for an area (A1) with a subnet including the IP addresses of nodes in other areas (e.g A2).
In this configuration, if the node is reachable also via area A1 and the area is activated before A2, the node IP is initially masked by the Range Table; but when area A2 is activate, the association to the range table is not removed inhibiting the generation of the Type 3 LSAs.
