Description (partial)

Symptom:When PCD 10.5 starts migration task, it pauses due to error and error is:
"Since DNS is not enabled, the host related fields can only contain IP address."

Conditions:Scenario 1
==========
Source CUCM cluster does not have DNS or domain configured.
On the destination cluster, DNS and domain are not configured.
On the destination cluster, SMTP is configured but entered with FQDN or hostname (not IP address).

Scenario 2
==========
Source CUCM cluster does not have DNS or domain configured.
On the destination cluster, DNS and domain are not configured.
On the destination cluster, SMTP is NOT configured.
