Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a specific message is presented to the Email Security Appliance (ESA) with AntiVirus scanning enabled, the message starts scanning. When the Engine is not capable of completing a proper scan the Engine errors and reports through the Mail logs the following log line as noted "antivirus unscannable '0x' body.scan" when a message is processed through AntiVirus.  Additionally it most likely is an issue where the message has exceeded size limitations.

Conditions:
When a type of message (size limitation exceeded) is presented to the Email Security Appliance (ESA) with antivirus scanning turned on the message notes this information within the and the engine is not capable of completing a proper scan of the message for virus verdict.  The resulting AntiVirus log error is "antivirus unscannable '0x' body.scan".
