Description (partial)

Symptom:When IP dhcp snooping, Dynamic ARP inspection (DAI) and SVI are configured, if SVI gets deleted, DHCP snooping and DAI stops working.

DHCP Relay stops working and no DHCP packets are seen reaching the CPU level.

Conditions:This issue happens when SVI is present on the same vlan that DAI and DHCP snooping are configured.

DHCP relay is impacted when it is part of SVI configuration which undergoes an IP subnet prefix change. Although this may not be the only trigger, so far is one the confirmed ones.
