Description (partial)

Symptom:
Instead of silence, CIC users hear robotic noise whenever there is temporary network drop when user is roaming between different access points of  Wi-Fi network or in 4G/LTE mobile network

Conditions:
Steps:
1. Login to CIC to Connect to IPICS server through VPN  from many devices

2. Do roaming to test interoperability between WiFi and 4G/LTE devices and viceversa. Repeat 4-5 attempts

3. Whenever there is temporary network drop and user comes back to steady network coverage , 'ting ting' or pots/pans banging Robotic voice is heard briefly when user speaks from any of the devices.
