Description (partial)

Symptom:
Realtime troubleshooting of voice quality issues on Cisco IP Phones requires looking at call statistics at the time of the impaired audio.  This allows the user to observe jitter, packet loss, and other stats that may be transient in nature. To bring up call statistics while on an active call requires four button presses at minimum which takes too long.<br/>
This enhancement is to add a keypad shortcut so the user can quickly bring up call stats without having to navigate the phone's settings menu.
