Description (partial)

Symptom:
A router crash due to chunk corruption with %SYS-2-CHUNKBADFREEMAGIC in "ESM 600-Byte Ch" chunk. Prior to crashing, the logger queue is overrun (suspected to be the result of several messages coming in during a short period of time)

Conditions:
This crash appears to be a corner case timing event in which the logger is overrun at the same time messages are removed from the queue.
