Description (partial)
Symptom: A cisco 88XX phone will not send a DeviceTLInfo alarm to Unified Communications Manager (UCM) if it fails to update its trust list (ITL or CTL file) via TFTP operation. The most common cause for this error is if a certificate was regnerated improperly on the UCM server or if the phone is moved between clusters where no bi-directional trust relationship is established. Conditions: A CTL or ITl file update fails for any reason.
