Description (partial)
Symptom: DCNM SMI-S does not send performance data correctly to a TPC (Tivoli) enviroment. According to the TPC logs, DCNM is sending unrecognizable data and is being marked as "Non-Operational". Conditions: IBM's analysis is that the TPC is receiving an invalid timestamp associated with the performance statistics it is receiving from Cisco DCNM - timestamp being dated 1970. So, they are rejecting the data sent by DCNM.
