Description (partial)

The External Storage controller shows "There are active errors or warning on this device" upon checking the status of the device and may not be able to create partitions on the devices after a long run of "Stress Testing" or continuous read/write operations.

Major data traffic or higher number of write operations on the Fusion IO adapter increases the internal temperature of card rapidly. With the server FAN speed set to balanced mode( Fans will be running at lower speeds) may not cool down the rapidly increasing temperature of the Fusion IO card.
