Description (partial)

Symptom:
Parent child:Agent state not replicated on parent side after killing pim

Conditions:
1. Agent A and B are logged into the client(Ctios or ctitest)

2. Initially cycle the B side of the child machine so that A side is active.

3. Agent A and B are logged into the client

4. A makes a route point call to B and both are in talking state

5. Kill the Pim on Child A side .Login to the agents again, failover happens to B side and the agents continue in talking state.

6. Query the DB on both parent side and child side.

Result:
The status on parent side database is updated as not_ready(Agent state 2).
