Description (partial)

The Payload Type Identifier Mismatch (PTIM) alarm is  raised on the AR-XP and AR-MXP cards during a software upgrade from R 9.4.x to R 9.6.x.

- Configure the AR-XP or AR-MXP card as a low rate TXP_MR or TXPP_MR card mode.
- Configure the OC48 client.
-  Upgrade the software from R9.4.x  to R9.6.x.
The PTIM alarm is raised on both the OTU1 trunks immediately after one node is upgraded to R9.6.x.
The PTIM alarm on OTU1 trunk port clears after both the near end and far end nodes are upgraded to R9.6.x.
