Description (partial) 

Symptom:
In http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/im_presence/database_setup/10_5_1/CUP0_BK_DA667F7C_00_database-setup-guide-imp-105/CUP0_BK_DA667F7C_00_database-setup-guide-imp-105_chapter_011.html#CUP0_TK_V45AF648_00 it gives the example to run to verify connectivity to an external DB:

For example: $sudo -u xcpuser /usr/local/xcp/bin/psql -U postgres -h node1 tcmadb

When this is run on IM&P 10.5 the command fails with:

/usr/local/xcp/bin/psql: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
