Description (partial)

Symptom:
A N7K M1 linecard may reset because of a generic sysmgr reset. No core file/service crash has been written as the result of this incident. The exception log shows:

System Errorcode : 0x401e008c sysmgr on linecard had an internal error
Error Description : send_redun_heartbeat: Unable to start send redundancy timer.

It is suspected this was triggered by a leak with ipfib service. To see how much memory is held by ipfib, attach to the module and collect "show forwarding internal mem-stats detail" and "show system internal processes memory"

Conditions:
OTV is enabled
